Just Add Christmas & Mojo Monday 165

Last night I cut out card for 27 children in Nico class to make a project and then spent the morning at school with them today. It's a long process with just the teacher and I helping the 27 children!!! But fun!!! When I got home at lunch time the courier arrived with my order and So that made me have to stamp! The only problem was how much of my new things could I get on one card! He he he! So this card ended up 2 new punches, a stamp and DSP from my order! LOL! I have so many challenges I wanted to get done this week I decided to do a double whammy! So this is my card for the Just add Christmas challenge over at just add ink and my card for Mojo Monday! For the Mojo challenge I flipped the sketch just to be different:-)

Ink: riding hood red

Card: Soft suede and riding hood red

DSP: Christmas cocoa specialty paper(out of the welcome Christmas bundle)

Accessories: riding hood red taffeta ribbon, 2 3/8"scallop circle punch, 1 3/4" circle punch, ornament punch and basic pearls

Mojo Monday 160

Wow 2 posts in 2 days! That's my best effort in a while! LOL! I haven't had enough time to have a good play with all my new stuff out of the new catty so this card is all about my new toys!!! My best friends son just turned the big 5! I am a week late but this card is for him! Happy Birthday Noah! Now hopefully Amy won't check out my blog till I can drop it round!!! I was so excited to finally have the time to have a play that I didn't look at the sketch right! So My card is slightly different to the sketch! LOL!!!! That's what happens when you rush things! Don't you just love new goodies!!! I haven't had much of a chance to play with all my new preorder goodies from the autumn-winter mini! So Now that's its school holidays and I don't have to rush off anywhere I thought I would have a wee play! he he he! I love sketches and thought I'd start with Mojo Monday! I know my brads aren't quite in the right place but they just ended up that way! LOL!!!

Mojo Monday # 121

Hi all!!! I thought it was about time to update my poor blog.lol. It feels like forever since I did a Mojo Monday sketch and I know its Friday today, but I had some spare time so off to my craft room I went! Better late that never I say.he he! I was following the sketch when I started but then as my card started to progress it changed slightly but hey you get that!.lol. I hadn't inked up animal stories since I got it and thought it was about time I did. I used Windsor knot DSP and the card stock to match. And I found some sage Shadow ribbon in my stash from last year which went perfectly. If you have the time make sure you check out all the other entries here!

I had abit of time to myself today so I thought I'd have a play! And since its been ages since I did a Mojo Monday sketch I decided it was time I did one! Mojo Monday # 107

Its amazing how much I have missed blogging!! I have been away for 9 days and I didn't take any stamping supplies with me and I thought it wouldn't matter but I was sooo wrong! We got home at 6pm last night and the first thing I did when the kids were in bed was go straight into my craft room and have a wee play. I haven't had the time to do a mojo Monday sketch for ages and it felt great to not have to think what layout to use! he he. I have used outlaw DSP out of last years catty that were in my huge scrap box. I love these papers, love the colours and the designs and I never have any masculine cards made up. I went to take pictures last night to put on my very neglected blog but surprise surprise the batteries were flat. Don't you hate it when that happens.lol. Mojo Monday # 102

How time flies when you are having fun!! I have been stamping my heart out this week making things for UStamp which is due to kick off on Friday in the states and Saturday for me. Wha hooo I can't wait. Anyway I made this card today with a set not many of you from here would have seen, its called hello again. Yesterday I received a gift from Dawn Rapsas as a thankyou for all my work for UStamp and this was one of the sets I received. I was like a kid at Christmas all day yesterday. So I had to use one of my new sets for the mojo Monday today. I have used retired colours that I loved from the last catty. Check out all the other entries here.

Mojo Monday # 101

I know its Friday, but it was on my to do list and never quite got to the top until this morning.lol. I have just made a little card 4"x4" so that I could use my circle punches. And the best part is I made it all out of the scraps I had close by. The DSP is out of 2 different packs urban garden and urban oasis. I just can't seen to go long without using one of the new sets out of the mini and because I never tidy up great friend was close by. I have had the clip assortment since the catty started and I don't think I have used it yet so I have added a piece of that so I can now say I have used it. he he. Mojo Monday # 100- day 7

Well I didn't get time to do all the Mojo sketches this week but I did get 4 done out of 7, not to bad for me!lol. I'm not to sure about this card. But I do love the colours. My card differs slightly from the sketch. It wasn't suppose to but thats how it ended up.lol. Chocolate chip, pacific point and baja breeze are the lucky colours for this sketch and the DSP is out of the good morning sunshine pack. The Mojo makers do a fantastic job with all there samples to get us all excited about the sketch, so go check them out and have a look at all the other amazing entries here.

Petal Pizzazz

I know I use this set alot!!!he he. I made this card a few weeks ago for Megan's(my upline) Birthday. I used a Mojo Monday sketch for the layout, and my favorite colours and DSP(chocolate chip, baja breeze and parisian breeze). I haven't had time in the last few days do make anything new. I was busy, had a few computer problems then I got sick, but I'm now on the mend so I hope to have a wee play tomorrow. I made this card this morning and I have finally found the time to up load it. I can't believe I have done all the Mojos this week so far wha hoo. Have I said before that I love sketches.lol.

Anyway I decided that I would try to use some stamps that I hadn't used in a while just to give you all a break from seeing the same sets I tend to over use.lol. So This time it was fifth avenue floral. And the DSP is urban garden. I can't believe I got away with using NO embellishments. he he. That must be a first for me!!! Yeh Mojo time again. The weather was good to me today and it is raining, I put a movie on for Keisha and I pretended to watch it with her but as you can see I was making this card.he he. I know I am using alot of the parisian breeze DSP but its in the mini and won't be around for long so I say make the most of it.lol. Chocolate chip and baja breeze are the colours and I have used gallery and petal pizzazz with a jumbo brad to finish off the flower. Check out all the entries here. I didn't think I was going to get time to do the Mojo Monday this week. But as you can see I did.lol. It was a fun sketch this week and It seen to take ages to put together. I picked washington apple DSP and teamed that up with riding hood red and bashful blue. My garden whimsy hasn't seen ink for a while so out it came.
