Money gift folder and card set

I know I have been MIA for a couple of weeks! It has been crazy busy here. I finally have time to catch my breath! Stampin fun and friends is well under way and its been a fantastic round! Thought I would share my 1st project I created for this round Autumn Artistry with you. I don't know about you but the kids these days just want money for their birthdays so I decided to make a money folder and card set just to make the gift more than just money in a card! Stampin Fun And Friends

Howdy all!!! So Stampin fun and friends kicked off on the 1st of June and blow me down my fancy fold pocket card was the 1st project starting the round off with a bang! A good egg Easter basket

Ok so I have found alittle time to quickly update! I have been wanting to show you this cute little Easter basket that I made for the big shot brilliance UStamp round! This is a fun little Easter project! Mind you it doesn't look quite the same as the photo anymore I kinda ate all the chocolate! He he he! It was YUMO!!!!!!LOL! Well I have to fly I have Things to do!I have had a heap on and to top it off my computer is not working very well it needs to go visit the computer man Craig! I will try to update with my other project from the big shot round in the next few days but I will be going to Auckland anytime in the next week so I will see how I go!

Gift card folder

I had a bad start to the week this week!!! I was going to update alot more but on Monday night I broke my little toe! Let me tell you for something so small it sure can be very painful!!! Its feeling better every day so lets hope I can catch up this week! I am way behind in everything!!!

Any who this is my 2nd UStamp project I designed for the latest round of UStamp which has just finished! I call it a gift card folder! A card fits in the big pocket and a gift card can fit in the little one then it all folds up ready to give as a gift! The stamp set I have used is called bliss and its a sale-a-bration set that you can earn for free from stamping up from the 25th January to the 31 March. Treat box card

Can you believe it this is my 2nd post this week! Start as you mean to go on I say!!! LOL! I had a stamping night with a friend last night and even though I had 3 projects I wanted to complete, I only managed to complete this one! I think there was a lot of chatting going on! He he he! But 1 is better that none!

Anywho this is a treat box card that Marisol Gutierrez Designed for the end of year blow out UStamp that is well under way! I loved it as soon as I laid eyes on it!!! I have changed the colours and used up a little of my favorite retired DSP and ribbon! I found it so hard to get a good photo, the window sheet in the box shows all sorts of glare and background images!

Love notes

How fast has the time gone!!! Happy New Year everyone! Now that I have recovered from Christmas and the new year it's time I updated my blog!!!LOL! Thought I'd show you the 1st project I designed for this round of UStamp End of year blowout. Its a cute little boxed set of Love notes, 8 cards fit in one side of the holder and 8 envelopes fit in the other.

Sparkly & bright boxed tag set

Thought I'd show you the project I designed for UStamp get a jump on your jingle! We all need Christmas tags so I made some cute tags and a matching box! As soon as I saw sparkly & bright in the new catty it was a must have!

I haven't had a chance to stamp this week or even think about it! My poor daughter came home from school with the tummy bug so from Monday to Friday was a blur for me! Now the house is back to normal I may get some stamping done!

Just Add Ink 32-Just add material

I was checking out the challenges today and Just Add Ink has a fantastic one! Just add material! It got me thinking I had some fabric I was going to make some picture frames with and just hadn't got around to it! So out came the fabric, and the glue gun! I cut the flowers out of the calico fabric in the bigshot using the sizzlits die floral fusion page 152 in the new catty that starts in just 3 days! Then added a button, some linen thread and some tags. What better to put in the frame than my darling children! Let me know what you think!

Pun fun gift set

It has been such a long week for me! I have been unwell and so have 2 of my children! But we are all on the mend now thank goodness! I just thought I'd share with you my 2nd project I designed for UStamp this round! I love this set Pun fun! And because I am no good at water colouring I have paper pieced all the pictures!

Raspberry tart note pad sets

Last night I meet up with a group of friends that I have been meeting up with for a few years now! We get together every month and stamp and do swaps and eat nibbles and chat! The theme this month was cafe night! So when I arrived the table was stunning fulled with nibbles, candles, place cards, flowers, wine glasses and all in pink, red and white! I will post a photo when I get one! You will love it! All I can say is WOW!

For our swaps it had to be a home made gift. As you can see I did note pads and matching pens! I will post the rest of the gifts everyone made tomorrow! Mind you alot of it is eatable so I better take the photos today! LOL!

Double pocket purse

This is the longest I have ever gone without posting! Life has been so crazy lately! Hopefully it will calm down in the next couple of weeks! I so miss having time to stamp and update my blog!

I thought I would share with you my first project I designed for The early summer UStamp that is on at the moment! I love making purses and this round I designed yet another purse to hold a card and a chocolate bar! What else would you put in a purse to give as a gift! LOL!!! Hope you like it! Just Add Ink Challenge #19

I checked out Just Add Ink's latest challenge and it was a colour challenge! I almost didn't it because I don't have any melon mambo card stock but I did have the stamp pad and some ribbon! Don't ask me how that happened! LOL! So I decided to make a box card! Hope you like it! These are not normally my colours but they do work well! I might have another play with them once I can get my hands on some matching card stock!

Recipe:

Card: Taken with teal, elegant eggplant and whisper white

Ink: Melon mambo, taken with teal and craft whisper white

Stamps: Vintage vogue and baroque motifs

Scallop envelope carry box

It feels like so long ago I updated my poor blog, but I guess it has only been just over a week!!LOL!!! Anywho My first project is on UStamp today so I thought I'd show you what I made. The hey big shot UStamp is packed with some fun projects! Hopefully I will get some time to recreate some of them to show you!!! For this project I used the scallop envelope die, because it's one of my favorites! It's so cute and has fantastic detail all in the twist of a handle! I love that!!!LOL! The great thing is you can fill this cute box with anything that will fit!!!

I hope to get some stamping done tonight so you never know I might update again in the next few days!!!

Happiness Always Recess Window

As I started to clean up my craft room today I found this card 1/2 made and needing some finishing touches! I thought it was about time I made a card and updated my blog!!! And even better if I saved some time as well!!! All I had to do was stamp and toll the flower, add the ribbon, and a saying to the corner and it was done! I love it when its that quick!!! He he he!

These cards are easy to make once you have made one and very look very effective! I made some a while back when I gave a wow presentation at regionals last year if you want to see them here. And if you want to make one yourself there is a great tutorial here!

Good Neighbors card set

Can you believe it, this is my 3rd up date this week! Wow I'm on a roll! lol! I love the sale-bration sets this year! Good neighbors is my favorite! I mounted this set on Sunday morning and made this box and card set Sunday night because I just had to add ink to it! I love making pizza boxes they are so quick and fun!

I had good intentions this week to up date my blog but just never got there!! School stared on Tuesday and I thought Yeah I'd get some time to stamp but how wrong was I! I had one home sick on Wednesday one home sick on Thursday and then Friday was teachers only day and don't forget I had to work a little too!!! So this next week has to be a lot better!!! Fingers crossed!

Any who I thought I'd show you my second project I designed for UStamp:-) I have had this stamp set "from the kitchen of" for a while and I had never used it so I thought it was a great excuse to to pull it out and design a box to put all my favorite recipes in! I just love creating my own templates for boxes and things! Fun Fun Fun!

And everyone that did the New Zealand UStamp card swap I will be sending your cards out to you tomorrow so thanks guys for taking part!!! I will post my card in a couple of days when I know everyone has received their swaps;-)

With love tri-fold card

Man how fast did last week go! I have been doing quite abit of stamping but I can't show you any of it just yet! But I can show you this tri-fold card I made for my first project over at UStamp! There are some fantastic projects this round so I need to get stamping! I am way behind!

I am hosting the UStamp card swap in New Zealand and I must say it fantastic to get packets of cards in the post rather than just bills.lol. View finder baby card

This is the first project that kicked off UStamp off this round! And I thought it was a fantastic idea for a baby card I needed to make! I have a friend that is about to have triplets and making a view finder card was a great way to put all her wee babies on the card with out it looking too busy! There are some great projects in the line up for this round and I hope to recreate a few of them, time permitting!!. And I'm off to a great start I've done 1 out of the 3 that have been posted! not bad for me. he he!
