MoJo Monday # 84

I can't believe how fast the week is going!. I found a little time to have a play this morning and thought I'd start with the Mojo Monday challenge. It took me longer than I thought and I have run out of time till tonight to get any other stamping done.<:-( This is what I ended up with. I was about to stick it all together and I realised I didn't leave any room for my split pins. I like to try to follow the sketch so I added a bit of ribbon instead. I have used urban garden DSP, baja breeze, basic gray and whisper white card stock. Check out all the fantastic entries here. I hope to have a look through them later tonight time permitting. Kwerner challenge # 50

Talk about a quick card! Time is against me this weekend, but I did sneak into my craft room and whip up this card. Not sure If I'm totally happy with this card but I ran out of time so it will do.lol. If I get some time later I might have another go with these colours. I have used petal pizzazz for this card and the colours are chocolate chip, ruby red, so saffron,temping turquoise and whisper white. Check out all the other entries here. Mojo Monday # 83

This looks better that's its only Tuesday. I've been a bit late with my challenges lately so I thought I have a go at this one early in the week. I have used cheep talk and live like you mean it for this card. The colours are chocolate chip, kiwi kiss, riding hood red and very vanilla. Check out the other entries here. Mojo monday # 82

I bet I'm almost the last do do this challenge but better late than never.lol. I decided to use urban oasis DSP, and one of a kind stamp set. I decided to keep it simple and stick to just black and kraft colours. Sorry the close up picture isn't the best I think it is time to get a new camera. Cheep Talk

Don't you just love this set. I do its soooo cute and was the first set I had to get out of the new catty. So only fair the first one to be used out of my first order. I love the new ribbon!!!. I used pacific point, chocolate chip and old olive stamp pads and paper out of the good morning sunshine DSP. I paper tolled out the bird, leaves and the pear. Off to bed now I'm abit tied after our little holiday, and I should be able to sleep now that some of my stamps have seen ink.lol.

Whaaa Whooooo, I got home today from a few days away in Wellington and checked the pile of mail and there were a couple of courier tickets in their so of course I went straight to pick them up and their were 5 boxes, yes 5. Pity every thing wasn't for me.lol. New ribbon, embellishments, papers, punches and stamps, I'm sooo excited, the only thing I hate is I have to polyurethane all the blocks. So I can't even use my new stamps yet. sigh. Fingers crossed they dry fast. I want to have a play tonight.

KWERNER CHALLENGE # 49

Wow can you believe it two posts 1 day. I'm glad that I have our new in colours, and I am loving them. I needed to make a sympathy card so I decided to use Eastern blooms. I have white embossed the branch and used a few 1/2 pearls,because I can't help myself.he he. I used the heartfelt words to finish it off. Check out the other entries here. Now I know its Saturday but better late than never I say.lol. I started this challenge during the week but I lost my mojo. I had a bit of time this morning so I finished the challenge. Not sure why the photo isn't the best, but this was the best of the worst. The saying is not a stampin up stamp, I found it in my stash. One of a kind card set

OMG I can't believe its been a week since I have blogged!!! My friend gave me a book to read called Twilight by Stephenie Meyer and I couldn't put it down it was great and so in 8 days I have read all 4 books in the series. I haven't read a book in years. It was great to forget things and enjoy the books. At least I have finished them all now I can get my life back and do some stamping!!! Yeh. I started this card set for a client of mine and since I had the time I finished it off using up some of the retied paper, card and ribbon. Now I just have to make the envelopes and a box or folder for them. I was starting to have withdrawals from stamping, but I have a few challenges to catch up on so hopefully I will get some time tonight to have a play.
