Inkspiration Colour challenge # 16

It's been fantastic being on Keesh's design team I have loved every minute of it!!! Thanks Keesh for asking me!!! I have really enjoyed checking out every ones entries and leaving them some comment love;-) And what do you know it's Friday again they seem to roll around far tooo fast. lol. This week was a hard colour challenge for me!! Wayyyyy out of my colour comfort zone. I left it till today to do because I wasn't too sure how to use these colours together! Then it came to me I needed to make my son Nico a birthday card for December so I used him as my inspiration! Sorry the photo hasn't captured the taken with teal its looks blue but I promise it is taken with teal. lol.
Recipe:
Ink: Basic black and taken with teal
Stamps: All in the family and short and sweet
Card: Taken with teal, real red, pumpkin pie and whisper white
Accessories: jumbo brads, real red 3/4" polka-dot grosgrain ribbon and black thread
Check out Keesh's creation and the design teams samples Chantelle, Cindy, Kirsty, Renee and Sarah-Jane.
Thanks for stopping by;-) And I'll be tomorrow night, I have some blog candy to give away so check back to see how to win!!!

This is SO adorable! Love how the touches of white brightens up the card and how you did the paper piecing on the All in the Family set! I never thought to do that, I really should give it a try! Love the result :D
