This is a pull out scrapbook I have been working on, I just finished off the inside pages. They are fun to make and you can always make them big or small. If you would like to make one here are the instructions. All I have to do now is find some photos to put inside. Well just a quick post today I have to get ready for work. Wow Its almost the end of the year. So a great time to make next years calenders. I made these calenders for the make and take at my stamp club. Everyone loved them so I thought I'd make some for the teachers gifts this year. Just need to make my self one now.lol. I love the afternoon tea DSP out of the current mini. And yes I used live your dreams out of the mini too.( surprise, surprise.) If you want to make the stand at the back all you need is a piece of card 11" by 2" then score at 3 1/2" , 7", 8", 9" and 10" fold and tape like in the picture. happy stamping.
Wow two posts in one day, that doesn't happen very often.(lol.) Time for another kwerner challenge. I love the colours this week but here in little New Zealand we don't have baja breeze so I used bashful blue instead. This set friendly flowers is in the current mini and I hadn't used it yet so here was my chance. As you can see quite a simple card, a bit of stamping, a bit of cutting and a bit of punching some dimensionals, a rhinestone brad and a wee bit of ribbon an it was done. Pity the flower fusion flowers weren't the right colour I could have used one in the middle.
My stamp club and I decided to do Christmas card for each other. So I decided to do make some cards and matching boxes filled with favorites chocolates (yum). As a thank you to my ladies for being part of my club.
I have really enjoyed having a stamp club, I love thinking and looking around for ideas. It gives me an excuse to do something that I love.( any excuse to stamp works for me. lol) If any of you would like to join a stamp club in the new year email me for more info old.mcd@nettel.net.nz . I am hoping to set up another group. Its always as fun night with others that enjoy stamping as much as I do.
Well I finally got this card done. yeh. I went to my friends(Amy) yesterday, hoping to get the kwener challenge done but couldn't get anything to look right so I had another go today. I love the challenge, but I must admit I didn't find this one easy. I left out sage shadow and only used a little of bordering blue on the butterfly. As you can see from the picture I paper tolled out the top of the flower and the wee butterfly. and added some chunky glitter on the middle of the flower. A bit of ribbon and its all done. Heartfelt thanks is a great set and the two step stamping makes it look really effective. Thanks for checking out my entry. Have a look at the other great cards in the kwerner challenge.
I made this set a few weeks ago, and was going to run a class but I have been too busy. I might take a class on this later in January so send me a email if you think you might be interested. As you can see I have used my favorite set out of the mini live your dream. As I've said before I love that with stampin up all the inks, papers, ribbon, card match perfectly. The box finishes off the set nicely, you don't even have to wrap it to give it as a gift. Hope you are all having a great weekend.
Tis the season. This is another decoration that I've made. they look great hanging on the tree. I added some dazzling diamonds to the centre of the snowflake. Just a quick post today I better go pick up my children.

I had a great day yesterday, Amy, Jan and I spent the day stamping. We went to Jans at 10am and left at 5.30(every stampers dream.lol). It was great, these are a few of the cards that I made(thought it was time to make a dent in the Christmas cards I need to make this year). Love this set season of joy. Its a pity that the mini had finished now, how ever its one of my favorite sets and one I will always use. Just click on any of the images to get a closer look.
I did these three the same just changed the colours a little. I have a few more that I haven't quite finished yet. Now I'm looking forward to Christmas because I'm a little more organised.
